Sunni elites of Golestan Province met with HujjatulIslam Najaf Najafi Rouhani, representative of the Supreme Leader's office in Medina where the official highlighted the role of clerics in mounting Muslim unity.
The religious figure highlighted a line between fake Islam introduced by the US agents and the true Islam, demanding elites to achieve a true understanding of real Islam and to show that to the world.
As a feature for true Islam he said," Real Islam is the religion that confronts the enemies and unifies Muslim brothers."
Iranian official in the holy city of Medina expressed his regret over killing of Muslims in some countries and said," Unfortunately, under the support of the pseudo-Muslims in some countries, Shia and Sunnis are killed by the agents of the arrogant powers."
"True Muslim is he who is concerned for his Muslim brother and does not easily get over oppression." counted the cleric as one feature of a real Muslim and added that writing and expression are the two best tools to promote Islamic teachings in the world.
Addressing the visiting Sunni clerics, he underscored main mission of the Muslim elites and said, " Now it is a mission of you, Sunni elites, to display the real Islam and awaken the people of the world towards the issues of the Muslim community."
HujjatulIslam Najaf Najafi Rouhani stressed unity as the greatest message of Islam and said," Today, Islamic Republic of Iran is recognized as the most honorable country in the region because unity is a principle in the country." adding," People especially honor the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei and they are all pursuing the real unity among Muslims."
